My guide teaches you how to lose weight and build muscle simultaneously, using a combination of nutrition and exercise. You'll learn how to create a calorie deficit to lose weight, while also lifting weights to build muscle and boost your metabolism. I became a NASM-certified personal trainer in 2015, after learning that health-related diseases affect minorities at a disproportionate rate. These diseases can be prevented with exercise and the proper diet. Since then I've transformed the lives of women and men both inside and outside of the gym. Nothing is more rewarding than watching my clients build confidence in themselves and their life choices.
